Recognition from University of Hertfordshire

Just last year I graduated from University of Hertfordshire with First Class Honours, after moving on from a long career in the Land Registry. It was a complete change of direction aimed at turning a hobby into a profession, and it seems to have worked.

I'm glad I took the risk of a photography degree in my 40s. Do I need a degree to be doing what I'm doing? No. But doing it afforded me an unparalleled opportunity to experiment with genres and ideas I'd never have tried before, gave me confidence and contacts to get set up in business, and was great fun.

And now, just a year later, I'm delighted to have been invited by the University to be featured in a small exhibition of recent "Alumni Successes". That recognition has delighted me.
